Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Shree's Foods (operated by Loganathan Sivapriya, Sirkali, Tamil Nadu, India — FSSAI License No. 22425076000895), customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for orders placed on shree-s-foods.myshopify.com.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of cost if the request is received before the order is handed to our shipping partner. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, so please raise cancellation requests promptly.
- After dispatch: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the order, please refuse delivery and contact us — we will process a refund after the parcel is returned to our warehouse (shipping charges may apply).

2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged or broken on arrival — jar/pack broken, contents spilled, or seal tampered with.
- Wrong product delivered — you received an item different from what you ordered.
- Quality issue — product is stale, foul-smelling, or shows signs of contamination on opening.
- Order cancelled before dispatch — full refund of the paid amount.
- Order not delivered — if your shipment is undelivered for more than 15 days from dispatch and confirmed lost by the courier.
Non-refundable cases
We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
- The product was opened, used, or partially consumed (food safety reasons).
- You changed your mind after receiving the order — since food products cannot be resold, we do not accept return-for-refund on opened or unsealed jars.
- The request is raised more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Delivery delays caused by incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or force majeure events (natural calamities, transit strikes, etc.).
3. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number, the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect product (including the outer packaging if damaged in transit).
- Our team will review within 1 business day and confirm next steps — replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at checkout. Banks may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.
5. Replacements
For damaged, wrong, or quality-issue products, we prefer to send a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability. Replacements are dispatched within 2–3 business days of approval and shipped at our cost.
6. Mode of Payment & Cash on Delivery
We currently accept prepaid orders only via Shiprocket Checkout, supporting:
- UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Wallets and Pay Later options
Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
