This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Shree's Foods (operated by Loganathan Sivapriya, FSSAI Licence 22425076000895, Sirkali, Tamil Nadu) processes, ships, and delivers orders placed on shree-s-foods.myshopify.com.

1. Areas We Ship To

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time. If you would like to send our podis abroad, you can ship to a friend or family member in India and have them forward it.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your cart value.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment is successful.
  • Dispatch time: Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Sirkali kitchen (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays).
  • Shipment notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS/WhatsApp.
  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5pm IST on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.

These are indicative timelines. Actual delivery may vary based on courier availability and local conditions.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship via Shiprocket, which selects the best courier based on your pincode — typically Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, DTDC, or India Post. Your tracking link will indicate which courier is delivering your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • An AWB (Air Way Bill) number to track on the courier's website

You can also track from your Shopify account under “Orders”. If you cannot find the tracking link, message us at +91 76958 53437.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse (RTO).
  • If your address is incorrect or recipient is unavailable for all attempts, the shipment will be RTO'd. In such cases, we can re-ship at your cost or refund the order value (minus original shipping charges).
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address and the phone number provided is reachable.

8. Damaged or Lost in Transit

  • Damaged on arrival: If your parcel arrives damaged (broken jar, leaking contents, tampered seal), please WhatsApp us photographs at +91 76958 53437 within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a free replacement or full refund — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Lost in transit: If your shipment shows no movement on the tracker for more than 7 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

9. Holidays & Delays

Shipments may be delayed during:

  • Indian national and regional holidays (Diwali, Pongal, Christmas, etc.)
  • Natural calamities (heavy rains, cyclones, floods)
  • Transit strikes, fuel shortages, or government action
  • Pandemic-related restrictions

We will communicate any major delays proactively via email or WhatsApp.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is not currently available. We accept prepaid orders only via Shiprocket Checkout — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets.
