Welcome to Shree's Foods. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shree-s-foods.myshopify.com (the “website”) and any purchase you make through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Shree's Foods is a Tamil heritage food brand operated by Loganathan Sivapriya, based in Sirkali, Tamil Nadu, India. We are licensed under FSSAI License No. 22425076000895. All food products are manufactured, packed, and dispatched from our Sirkali kitchen.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You are a resident of India and ordering for delivery within India.
All information provided (name, address, phone, email) is accurate and current.

3. Products & Pricing

All products listed are hand-made food products. Colour, texture, and aroma may vary slightly between batches due to the natural ingredients used.
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.
In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted only when payment has been successfully received. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — we may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, out-of-stock items, delivery to unserviceable pincodes).
We accept prepaid orders only via Shiprocket Checkout, supporting UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major wallets.
Cash on Delivery is not currently available.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp from us or our shipping partner.

7. Food Safety & Use

All Shree's Foods products are manufactured under FSSAI license and packed to retain freshness for 4 months from the date of packaging.
Store in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Always use a clean, dry spoon.
If you have any allergies or medical conditions, please review the ingredient list carefully before consuming. Our podis contain dal, garlic, asafoetida, and chilli. They are not recommended for infants under 1 year.
Flax-seed-based products should be refrigerated after opening to preserve omega-3 content.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — logo, brand name, product descriptions, photographs, videos, and marketing copy — is the exclusive property of Shree's Foods and is protected under Indian intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any of this material without our prior written permission.

9. User Accounts

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shree's Foods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or any product purchased.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (natural calamities, transit strikes, government action, etc.).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Shree's Foods, its founder, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the website.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sirkali, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
